Refund & Payment Policy

TNTMIGRATION acknowledges that the visa or status granting process and its duration are subject to the sole discretion of the respective government authorities, not TNTMIGRATION.

No refund will be provided under the following circumstances:

  1. Application rejection due to the applicant's criminal record or failure to obtain security clearances.
  2. Application rejection based on health reasons.
  3. Application rejection due to misrepresentations found in the application or provided by the applicant during the interview or at any subsequent stage.
  4. Failure to provide documents requested by the Embassy, Consulate, Commission, or Case Processing Centre.
  5. Introduction of changes to immigration laws or regulations by the Immigration Governing Bodies, rendering the applicant ineligible.
  6. However, if the application is denied due to an error or omission by TNTMIGRATION, a refund may be issued based on the severity and stage of the failure. Clients acknowledge that fees paid are for the indicated services, and any refund is strictly limited to the amount of fees paid.
  7. No refund will be issued if the client wishes to terminate the agreement with TNTMIGRATION and withdraw from the service before TNTMIGRATION submits the client's application.
  8. If a refund is issued, it will be made only through the Original Mode of Payment, and any transfer fees and currency conversion forex losses will be borne by the client.
  9. The service agreement remains valid until the client receives the service completion confirmation. TNTMIGRATION is not liable for any services referred to in the agreement after its validity.
  10. Additionally, clients agree that TNTMIGRATION is not liable for any refund or compensation if they withdraw and/or breach the contract for any reason and under any circumstances.
  11. Please allow up to 30 days from the approval date for the refund transfer to be completed.

 

Payment Confirmation: Payment confirmation will be provided via printed receipt for in-person payments and by email for online or other remote payments.

 

The timeframe for payment confirmation is immediate for in-person payments and within 48 hours for online or other remote payments.
